As consideration for the services provided by BookPrintingRevolution.com,
I agree to the following:

I acknowledge that the only services provided by BookPrintingRevolution.com, a division of Mill City Press, Inc. (collectively referred to as BPR) is that it is providing membership to a discount printing club that provides below wholesale book printing for my book through BPR’s printing partners and guaranteeing one-proof copy of my book mailed to me. Whether or not I ever print any books through this service is up to me. I am not entitled to a refund of any kind if I fail to submit a book or books to be printed and/or if I submit files that are not press-ready PDFs.

Once I pay the membership fee, I acknowledge that there are no refunds unless BPR’s printing partner provides defective proof copies of my book as set forth below.

I acknowledge that I am sending press-ready PDF files of my cover and interior design and that if I fail to send press-ready PDFs, I still retain my membership rights through the term of my membership. I specifically understand and acknowledge that it if my cover and interior files are not press-ready, I am entitled to no refunds as providing a press ready PDF file is my responsibility. I understand that a “press ready PDF file” is a file that is ready to print that needs no additional modifications done by the printer or by a layout artist. The interior of the file needs to be the correct trim size and it has to have correct bleeds on any pictures in the file. The pictures need to be the correct resolution. The back cover, spine and cover have to be laid out from left to right in one PDF file and the spine has to be the correct width for the number of pages and the type of paper that the book will be printed on. The cover also has to have the proper bleeds and resolution.

Should my file not be press-ready in the judgment of BPR’s printing partner, I must correct the deficiencies in the file(s) and resubmit them. BPR is not responsible for any delays in getting me a proof copy if my files are not in the proper press ready PDF format.

The cost of printing any copies of my book and shipping them to me (or any third party) are my responsibility and will be paid to BPR’s printing partner directly.

I also acknowledge that the minimum print order is 25 books.

I acknowledge that I am purchasing one of two packages:

*$297 package provides the below wholesale pricing for one year and allows me to print as many copies of one book for one year from the date I order BPR’s service.

*$397 package provides the below wholesale pricing for five (5) years and allows me to submit up to five (5) different books (so long as the covers and interiors are press-ready pdfs), and print as many copies of those books for five years from the date I order BPR’s service

I acknowledge that the proof copy of my book will be printed to the specifications I outline on the form submitted to BPR. I acknowledge that neither BPR nor it’s printing partner are responsible for any errors I make in completing BPR's online order process.

I acknowledge that the 100% money back guarantee shall be awarded only if :

*Within seven days of receiving the first proof copy, I notify BPR’s printing partner in writing about defects in the proof copy such pages falling out, the cover curling, etc., and

*Upon notifying BPR’s printing partner of said deficiencies and receiving a second proof copy, the defects are not corrected; and

*Within seven days after receiving the second proof copy, I send both damaged proofs back to BPR and BPR receives them within 30 days of my original order date.

I acknowledge that if all three of the above conditions are not satisfied, I am not entitled to a refund of any kind. Further, once I upload any version of my work to BPR and or I sign into the account created for me at BPR’s printing partner and place my first order for at least 25 books, no refunds shall be given.

Further, I acknowledge that the services of BPR are concluded upon any of the following:

*If I pay for the service but do not submit any press-ready PDF files

*If I pay for the service, submit non press-ready PDF files and either refuse to provide or cannot provide press ready PDF files.

*Once I place my first order for books with BPR’s printing partner

I agree that all services were provided by BPR within the State of Minnesota and that my use of this site is deemed to have occurred in Minnesota. If I institute any legal proceeding against BPR, it's employees, agents, officers, or directors, I agree that I will do so in Hennepin County District Court, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and I acknowledge that Hennepin County District Court is the proper venue for any disputes and that said court shall have both subject matter and personal jurisdiction over me and my claims. Further, I agree that the only damages I'm entitled to is the amount of money I paid BPR for the services rendered and that I am not entitled to any other damages whatsoever. Further, I agree that the non prevailing party in any litigation pursuant to the services /products provided by BPR shall pay the prevailing party's reasonable costs, disbursements and attorneys fees.

If I attempt a chargeback on my credit card after BPR has provided the services as set forth above, I agree that I will pay all of BPR's reasonable costs, disbursements and/or attorneys fees (which shall be a min. of $150) expended in the preparation of all documents used to prove to the credit card company that the services were provided and in all dealings (including phone conversations, etc.) with the credit card company to successfully resolve the matter. Further, if for some reason a chargeback is issued after the services have been provided by BPR and BPR commences a lawsuit against me I agree that at BPR's discretion it can institute an action in Hennepin County District Court, Minneapolis, MN, and that said court will have personal and subject matter jurisdiction over me and the case. I agree that in such case I will pay all of BPR's reasonable costs, disbursements and attorneys fees, including but not limited to collection costs incurred by BPR to collect said attorneys fees and expenses .
